Opinion by: Shirley W. Butts, Associate Justice Appellant pled guilty to the offense of aggravated possession of marihuana in the amount of more than fifty pounds but less than two hundred pounds. TEX. REV. CIV. STAT. ANN. art. 4476-15, ? 4.051(D)(1) (Vernon Supp. 1988). The court assessed punishment at five years' imprisonment. The one point of error is that his motion to suppress should have been granted because the evidence was illegally obtained.
